All the current range of products have been designed by the Company's in-house development team who maintain regular liaison with plant operators to review individual material applications in order to achieve maximum working performance from Lightning equipment.
Lightning Crushers incorporate innovative design features and the most up to date technology in the use of alloy steel to minimise wear and are engineered for the convenience of operation, maintenance and economic production cycles.

The Company is committed to a progressive development policy. To meet the demands of future design concepts and material applications the Company utilises AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop 3D modelling.
SPARES & SERVICE
The Company's objective is to maintain replacement stocks in Halstead to give immediate availability
and service to customers.
Spare parts are identified with unique part numbers shown in operating manuals supplied with each Lightning model for ease of on site maintenance or by reference to the Spares Department.
DEMONSTRATION & TEST FACILITIES
Full demonstration and test facilities are available at Halstead, for the benefit of existing and potential customers who are encouraged to visit the facility and submit material samples for test, evaluation and recommendation.
